The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 680 replaces the GLS 600 with an electrified 4.0-litre V8 rated at 603 hp, an illuminated Maybach grille and bonnet star, and a reworked MBUX Superscreen cabin. US and European order books open in late July 2026.

Maybach models typically add a longer wheelbase, additional sound insulation, upgraded rear seating with massage functions, unique badging including an illuminated grille and bonnet star, and interior materials not offered on the regular Mercedes-Benz range.
