Geely Galaxy launched the Starship 7 EV in China on 11 June 2026. It is a compact electric SUV in Geely’s Galaxy line, positioned above the EX5, and it is built on an 800V high-voltage architecture that is uncommon at this price. It is a China-only model for now.
The Starship 7 EV uses a single front-mounted motor producing 160 kW (215 hp) and 320 Nm, with a 0 to 100 km/h time of 7.3 seconds. Two lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery packs are offered: 60.22 kWh for 525 km of CLTC range, and 68.39 kWh for 605 km. Geely quotes energy consumption as low as 12.4 kWh per 100 km. The 800V platform supports a 30 to 80% charge in 20 minutes, plus 3.3 kW vehicle-to-load output and 6 kW vehicle-to-vehicle charging.
Inside, the cabin is built around the Flyme Auto infotainment system on a 15.4-inch central touchscreen, with a 13.8-inch head-up display. The four variants share the same motor and are separated by battery size and equipment rather than performance, with the line positioned around range and safety.
The Starship 7 EV measures 4,750 mm long, 1,905 mm wide and 1,680 mm tall, on a 2,755 mm wheelbase. Guide prices run from 109,800 to 129,800 yuan ($16,200 to $19,200). A limited-time offer lowers entry to 99,800 yuan ($14,730) once a 6,000-yuan trade-in incentive and a 4,000-yuan insurance subsidy are applied.
