The Brezza is Maruti Suzuki’s compact SUV for India, sold since 2016 and updated with a facelift in July 2026. Maruti Suzuki is Suzuki’s Indian subsidiary, and the Brezza remains exclusive to that market.
The headline change is a new 1.0-litre turbocharged Boosterjet engine with a mild-hybrid system, producing 110 hp and 170 Nm through a 6-speed manual and front-wheel drive. It joins the carryover naturally aspirated 1.5-litre Dual Jet engine (103 hp, 137 Nm), available with either a 6-speed manual or automatic, and an S-CNG variant rated at 88 hp that now uses a larger 55-litre tank mounted under the floor and a 6-speed manual in place of the previous 5-speed.
Visual changes are limited to a new front bumper, grille, and trim detailing. Inside, the Brezza gains a 10.1-inch touchscreen, ventilated front seats, 64-color ambient lighting, an air purifier, and a cooled wireless charging pad. The driver-assistance suite adds blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and an upgraded 360-degree camera.
Pricing starts at roughly ₹739,900 (about $7,700) and rises to about ₹1,370,000 (about $14,200) for the top trim.
