Dodge has opened pre-orders for the new Charger in Europe. The American muscle car comes in two body styles, a two-door coupe and a five-door liftback, and two powertrains: all-electric or petrol. First deliveries are set for September 2026.
Both versions use Stellantis’ STLA Large platform.
Charger Daytona (electric). The EV runs two motors, a 100.5 kWh battery and 400V architecture, with all-wheel drive. The R/T makes 544 hp and 743 Nm; the Scat Pack steps up to 680 hp and 1,152 Nm. Dodge quotes 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 and 3.3 seconds respectively, and a 20 to 80% DC fast charge in about 27 minutes.
Charger Sixpack (petrol). The combustion version uses a 3.0-litre twin-turbo inline-six, the Hurricane engine, with an 8-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. The R/T produces 426 hp and 860 Nm; the Scat Pack runs a high-output version with 558 hp and 976 Nm. The 0 to 100 km/h times are 4.6 and 3.9 seconds.
Pricing. The Charger range opens at 66,000 euros (about $71,000). Dodge has not published the full per-variant price list, and WLTP range figures for the electric versions have not been detailed for Europe. Buyers receive a certificate of authenticity signed by the Dodge CEO and a welcome package; Daytona customers also get a dedicated price on a home charger through Free2move.
