Ford and Carhartt announced a partnership in January 2026. What that actually meant for the Super Duty is now clear: a factory appearance and interior package for the 2027 F-250 and F-350 XLT Crew Cab, built at Ford’s Kentucky and Ohio Assembly plants alongside the rest of the Super Duty lineup.
The wheels deserve their own paragraph
The 20-inch alloys are the detail that will define this truck in parking lots. The pattern is directly inspired by the cast-iron manhole cover in front of Carhartt’s flagship store in Detroit — a city where both companies have deep roots. It reads as industrial and specific, not as a generic “rugged” design. Bridgestone Dueler A/T tyres are fitted as standard.
Exterior changes
A dark-finished grille and body-coloured front and rear bumpers replace the standard chrome treatment. Off-road side steps, Carhartt graphic decals on the front wings, doors, and tailgate, and an LED bedside light strip complete the package. Six exterior colours are available; Neptune Blue is new for this collaboration and exclusive to the Carhartt variant. The Tough-bed spray-in liner carries a Carhartt logo, and the bed mats — standard equipment — are all-weather rated.
Interior
Carhartt’s workwear aesthetic translates to the cabin through fabric and stitching on the seats, centre console, door panels, and armrests. The distinctive Carhartt duck canvas texture and double-needle stitching appear on the main seating surfaces. Headrests and rear-seat pockets carry the wordmark. The overall effect is coherent: functional rather than costume, consistent with what someone who actually uses a Super Duty for work would want.
The package is compatible with the Premium and FX4 Off-Road option packages. A base F-250 XLT 4x4 starts around $60,000; the Carhartt package pricing was not announced. Orders opened 8 May 2026.
