About

Maextro is an ultra-luxury Chinese marque formed under Huawei’s HIMA (Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance) programme, which pairs Huawei’s technology with established Chinese carmakers. Where the Luxeed and AITO brands partner Huawei with Chery and Seres respectively, Maextro brings Huawei together with JAC (Anhui Jianghuai Automobile) and positions itself at the very top of the alliance’s line-up.

The brand debuted with the S800, a full-size flagship sedan priced from ¥708,000 that competes against established luxury limousines. Maextro vehicles use Huawei’s complete electronics package - the HarmonyOS cockpit, ADS driver-assistance suite, and electric drive components - leaving JAC to handle vehicle engineering and manufacturing.

The V800 is the brand’s second model and its first minivan, expanding Maextro from a single-sedan marque into the chauffeur-focused luxury MPV segment that has grown rapidly in China.
