Overview

The Ebro s800 is the largest of the brand’s Barcelona-built SUVs, a seven-seater derived from Chery’s Tiggo 8 and the second model off the restarted Zona Franca line after the s700. It measures 4,725 mm long, 1,860 mm wide and 1,705 mm tall on a 2,710 mm wheelbase, with seats arranged 2+3+2 and up to 1,930 litres of load space with the rear two rows folded.

The petrol version uses a 1.6-litre turbo four rated at 147 CV (145 hp) with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic and returns 7.8 l/100 km. The plug-in hybrid, added in April 2025, combines a 1.5-litre turbo with electric drive for 205 kW, quoted as 279 CV (275 hp), driving the front wheels through a two-speed dedicated hybrid transmission. Its 18.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery gives 90 km of WLTP electric range and 1,100 km combined, with a 180 km/h top speed and 6 l/100 km once the battery is depleted.

Both versions are sold in Premium and Luxury trim. Standard equipment includes a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, ventilated front seats in synthetic leather and a panoramic roof of about 1.1 square metres; Luxury adds a powered tailgate and heated second-row seats. Ebro fits 24 driver-assistance systems and up to nine airbags depending on trim, and quotes a five-star Euro NCAP rating.

Spanish list prices start at about EUR 30,170 for the petrol s800 and EUR 37,986 for the plug-in hybrid. As with the s700, Ebro runs frequent promotional and finance-linked pricing below the list figures.
