The Urus SE Performante is the new range-topping version of Lamborghini’s Super SUV, sitting above the Urus SE without changing the car’s basic plug-in hybrid layout. It is the most powerful Urus Lamborghini has built.
Powertrain
A 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 pairs with a permanent-magnet electric motor for a combined 812 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque, driving all four wheels through an 8-speed automatic. A 25.9 kWh battery supports more than 60 km of electric-only driving. Lamborghini quotes 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 10.8 seconds, and a 312 km/h top speed.
Weight and chassis
At 2,473 kg, the Performante is 32 kg lighter than the standard Urus SE, giving a power-to-weight ratio of 3 kg per horsepower. A titanium Akrapovic exhaust saves more than 10 kg on its own, alongside exposed carbon fibre on the hood, bumpers, roof, diffuser and spoilers. The new AURA suspension uses dual-chamber, dual-valve air springs that let each axle’s stiffness be tuned independently by drive mode, cutting body roll by 55 percent and vibration by 25 percent versus the outgoing Urus Performante. The Rally mode has been retuned for loose surfaces.
Exterior
The Performante gets a new hood, new bumpers, two rear spoilers and more carbon fibre, raising downforce by 16 percent over the previous Urus Performante. Inside, the cabin carries Performante-specific sport seats and trim over the standard Urus SE layout.
Lamborghini has not announced pricing or an on-sale date for the Urus SE Performante.
