Overview

The two-door Bronco is the shorter-wheelbase version of Ford’s off-road SUV, built alongside the four-door on the same body-on-frame platform. Doors, roof panels and, on some trims, the rear quarter windows all remove for open-air driving.

Powertrain: A 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder is standard, making 300 hp and 440 Nm. It pairs with a 7-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic. The 2.7-liter twin-turbo V6 available on the four-door is limited to select two-door trims and special editions.

Off-road hardware: Four-wheel drive is standard across the range. Higher trims add the Sasquatch Package (35-inch tires, front and rear locking differentials) and Ford’s Trail Control and one-pedal Trail Turn Assist systems.

Pricing: The two-door starts around $39,000 for the base trim; V6-equipped and off-road-focused trims run higher.
