The Musso is the badge that gives a UK or Australian buyer their most likely encounter with KG Mobility, and this Q300 generation is a complete redesign, launched in South Korea in January 2026. It replaces the previous truck’s chrome ladder grille with a full-width LED light bar and octagonal grille borrowed from the styling language KGM introduced on the Torres and Actyon, and switches to a modernised cabin with a widescreen infotainment display and a rotary gear selector in place of the older lever.
Two engines lead the Korean launch lineup: a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel making around 199 hp with a 6-speed torque-converter automatic, and a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol at around 214 hp with an 8-speed automatic, both sending drive to all four wheels through a selectable 4WD system. The truck is offered with a standard or a longer “Grand Style” load deck, KGM’s replacement for the old XLV designation, built at the same Pyeongtaek plant as the rest of the range.
In South Korea, prices start at 29,900,000 won for the base petrol and 33,800,000 won for the base diesel, rising to about 46,800,000 won for the top Grand Style trims. KGM has said the new Musso will roll out to the UK, continental Europe and Australia through 2026, where it will eventually replace the long-running diesel Musso still on sale there under the same name - a truck that, whatever badge sits on its tailgate, comes from a company that has passed through four owners since 1997.
