Ford has teamed up with Filson, the Seattle outfitter making expedition gear since 1897, for a special version of the Bronco. The Bronco Filson takes its engine from the Bronco Raptor and adds trail hardware as standard. Orders open in fall 2026, with deliveries starting in early 2027.
Powertrain. The Raptor’s 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6, rated at 418 hp and 598 Nm, paired with a 10-speed automatic.
Off-road hardware. The Sasquatch Package is standard: 35-inch tires, front and rear locking differentials, and Fox shocks.
Exterior. A unique grille finish, body-color wheel arches and mirrors, and Trail Sights on the hood. The First Edition adds Iron Sands Copper Metallic paint, a dedicated badge, and a serial number on the console.
Interior. Quilted leather trimmed with Filson fabric and brass accents. The kit list runs long: ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a digital rearview mirror with a washer, retractable side steps, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, acoustic glass, and removable Filson bags on the doors and in the cargo area.
Pricing. Ford hasn’t announced prices. The Bronco Raptor starts at $80,000, and the Filson is expected to land in similar territory.
