Rolls-Royce has updated the Spectre, its first series-production electric coupe. The Series II looks almost identical from the outside. The changes are under the skin and in the cabin.
Powertrain. The standard Spectre now makes 601 hp and 1015 Nm, up from 585 hp and 900 Nm. The Black Badge climbs to 680 hp and 1100 Nm, from 659 hp and 1075 Nm. The 400V electrical architecture is unchanged.
Battery and range. A new 112.5 kWh pack, shared with the BMW i7, lifts WLTP range 18% to 628 km and charges about 14% faster.
Exterior. The main visual change is a new 23-inch wheel with a rectangular pattern. Buyers can also swap the chrome exterior trim for a matte-black finish.
Interior. A new Duality Twill fabric, woven from bamboo viscose, carries embroidery that takes up to 25 hours by hand. The fascia holds a light pattern made of 8108 pixels, a new clock, and a Spirit of Ecstasy figurine in a glass cabinet.
Prices start at £300,000, though the average Spectre leaves Goodwood at well over £500,000 once personalised.
