About
ONVO is NIO Group’s second marque, introduced in 2024 to address buyers who want NIO’s platform and battery infrastructure at lower prices. Both brands share the NT platform family and NIO’s swap station network - ONVO owners can use the same battery-as-a-service scheme.
The first model was the L90, a seven-seat electric SUV. The L80 followed in May 2026 as a five-seat counterpart on the same NT 3.0 platform. The L80’s opening price of ¥245,800 (~$36,500) sits below the entry NIO ET5 at ¥269,000 (~$40,000).
