The second-generation Hyundai Palisade, redesigned for the 2023 model year with a bolder, more upright front end, continues into 2026 largely unchanged in mechanical layout. The three-row midsize SUV measures 5,060 mm long, 1,981 mm wide and 1,765 mm tall on a 2,968 mm wheelbase, with the off-road XRT Pro trim stretching about 30 mm longer.
The standard engine is a 3.5-litre naturally aspirated V6 producing 287 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque through an 8-speed automatic, offered across seven trims: SE, SEL, SEL Convenience, SEL Premium, XRT Pro, Limited and Calligraphy. A Palisade Hybrid pairs a turbocharged 2.5-litre four-cylinder with a hybrid system for a combined 329 hp and 339 lb-ft, run through a 6-speed automatic, and is offered in SEL, SEL Premium, Limited and Calligraphy grades. FWD is standard on the V6 with AWD optional on every trim except the XRT Pro, which comes standard with AWD; the Hybrid offers both layouts too.
Seating spans seven, eight or nine passengers depending on trim: the base SE is the only grade with an eight-passenger, bench-front layout, while a nine-passenger configuration adds a front-row center seat and other trims seat seven with captain’s chairs. Maximum towing capacity reaches 5,000 lb when properly equipped.
US pricing for 2026 starts at $39,435 for the base SE and climbs toward $55,555 for the range-topping Calligraphy, before the destination charge; Hybrid pricing sits above the equivalent V6 trim.
