Li Auto has set dates for its first European sales. The i6 goes on sale in Norway and the Netherlands from spring 2027, and the brand enters the UK in autumn 2027 with a different model, Autocar reports from the Paris motor show. CarNewsChina puts the first European deliveries in the first quarter of 2027 and says the car will carry the name Li 6 there.

The i6 for Europe

The European i6 is 4,950 mm long with a 96 kWh battery in the rear-drive version. Autocar quotes these figures for the two drivetrains:

Rear-wheel driveAll-wheel drive
Power (bhp)335563
Range (miles, WLTP)398348

CarNewsChina gives about 640 km of WLTP range for the rear-drive car, which matches 398 miles. It lists the China-market dual-motor car at 400 kW (536 hp) combined, below Autocar’s 563 bhp, so the European output may differ from the Chinese car’s.

Charging power is quoted at 500 kW. The cabin has a 29-inch touchscreen that extends across to the passenger side, an ultra-wide head-up display and an optional 21-inch drop-down rear screen. Li Auto has fitted locally sourced air springs for Europe, because Chinese customers prefer a softer ride than European buyers.

The UK car and the price

Li Auto says another model will come to the UK and has not named it or given details. Nestor Wu, the brand’s head of international business, told Autocar the line-up will target family buyers with both EV and range-extender options. Prices are not announced; Wu said the i6 will be priced to roughly match the BMW iX3.
