Tesla has updated the Model 3 for China with a larger central screen, a new interior colour and vehicle-to-load (V2L) power output. The mechanical specification and prices are unchanged, from 235,500 yuan (~$35,000) for the rear-drive version to 339,500 yuan (~$50,400) for the Performance.
Screen and interior
All four versions now have a 16-inch central touchscreen in place of the 15.4-inch unit. Tesla also claims higher resolution and a higher refresh rate but gives no figures.

A light grey premium interior is now offered as an option, replacing the earlier white one. It comes with a black fabric headliner where the roof lining was previously light grey.

V2L on Model 3 and Model Y
V2L lets the car supply 220 V power to outside appliances, up to 2.2 kW (10 A). It applies to every Model 3 and Model Y in China, and for most versions it needs an adapter costing 599 yuan (~$89). The three-row Model Y L is the exception.
The Model Y already received the 16-inch screen and black headliner in China in January 2026, so the Model 3 now matches it on those two points. Tesla’s October offers include a 5,000 yuan (~$700) final-payment discount, 0% financing and an 8,000 yuan (~$1,200) insurance subsidy.
The US Model 3 keeps the 15.4-inch screen and has no V2L function.
