The AITO M6 is a mid-size SUV from the AITO brand, a partnership between Seres and Huawei. Sold in China as the Wenjie M6, it measures 4,960 mm long on a 2,950 mm wheelbase and uses the Seres MF platform. It reached the market in the second quarter of 2026 and slots below the larger M7 and M9.
Buyers choose between two powertrain families. The range-extender (EREV) version uses a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine as a generator alongside a 36 or 52 kWh battery, giving 180 to 272 km of electric-only CLTC range before the engine recharges the pack. The battery-electric (BEV) version offers a 97.6 kWh pack with 760 km of CLTC range in rear-drive form, or 665 km with the dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. Outputs run from 268 hp up to 462 hp.
Technology is central to the M6’s pitch. It runs Huawei’s HarmonyOS Cockpit 5 infotainment and the ADS 4 driver-assistance system, which includes a roof-mounted LiDAR unit as standard. The cabin layout and software are shared with other Huawei-partnered models.
Pricing starts from around ¥249,800, placing the M6 in the heart of China’s competitive mid-size SUV segment.
