Fiat showed the Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback in public for the first time at the Paris Motor Show, after revealing them online on 11 July. Fiat now expects orders to open in early 2027, with cars arriving in the UK in the summer. In July it had pointed to a commercial launch from the final quarter of 2026.
Boot and body styles
Both cars are under 4.5 m long and offer 3.5 m³ of interior space. Boot capacity is 545 litres for the Grizzly and 608 litres for the Fastback. In July the Fastback was quoted at 600 litres. Fiat says the 608 litres make it the most spacious in its category among vehicles under 4.5 m. Both bodies come with manual or automatic gearboxes.
Powertrains on show
The Paris cars were in La Prima trim with a 145-hp mild-hybrid powertrain. Fiat lists petrol, hybrid and electric versions for the range, and has not published battery, range or price figures for the electric one.
Where Fiat stands
Fiat calls the pair its return to larger family cars. It says it has sold more than one million cars worldwide in 2026 so far, with European sales up 20% on last year and a place in the European top five with private buyers. The same stand carried the Grande Panda, 500 Cabrio and 600 Sport, plus the Multiplina and Multiplay concepts. Our first report on the Grizzly covers the June announcement.
