Fiat’s Grizzly is a family car sold in two bodies: the Grizzly crossover and the Grizzly Fastback, which adds a more dynamic silhouette. Fiat announced the family in June 2026, revealed the cars on 11 July and showed them publicly for the first time at the Paris Motor Show in October. They are destined for more than 100 countries across three global regions.
Size and space. The Grizzly is 4.4 m long and the Fastback 4.5 m, and Fiat says both stay under 4.5 m. Interior space is 3.5 m³ in both. The boot holds 545 litres in the Grizzly and 608 litres in the Fastback.
Powertrains. Petrol, mild-hybrid and electric versions, with manual or automatic gearboxes depending on the region and up to 145 hp. The cars shown in Paris were La Prima trim with a 145-hp mild-hybrid engine. Fiat has not published battery, range or consumption figures.
Platform and design. The Grizzly uses the Stellantis Smart Car architecture, shared with the Citroën C3 Aircross and Opel Frontera, and its angular styling follows the Grande Panda.
Pricing and timing. Prices have not been announced. Fiat expects orders to open in early 2027, with cars arriving in the UK in the summer.
