The Peaq is Škoda’s new electric flagship and the largest car the brand sells, positioned as the battery-electric counterpart to the Kodiaq. It reaches production closely following the 2022 Vision 7S concept and rides on VW Group’s MEB platform. At 4874 mm long with a 2965 mm wheelbase it is 116 mm longer than the Kodiaq, and a 0.249 drag coefficient helps efficiency.
Powertrains - three versions, all with the battery between the axles. Peaq 60 pairs a 204 hp rear motor with a 63 kWh battery (59 kWh usable) for 459 km WLTP and 0 to 100 km/h in 8.5 seconds. Peaq 90 uses a 286 hp rear motor and a 91 kWh battery (86 kWh usable) for 647 km and 7.1 seconds. Peaq 90x adds a front motor for 300 hp, all-wheel drive, 613 km and 6.8 seconds. The two rear-drive cars top out at 160 and 180 km/h respectively, the 90x at 180.
Interior - a 10-inch digital cluster sits ahead of the driver with a 13.6-inch portrait touchscreen alongside. The cabin offers Qi2 wireless charging at 25 W, a 16-speaker Sonos system, a Relax package with massage and ventilated seats, fold-out tables and ottomans. The steering wheel is a two-spoke design, switched to three spokes on the Sportline.
Exterior and price - T-shaped LED signatures front and rear, retractable door handles (a first for Škoda) and a 2.12 m² electrochromic panoramic roof split into nine individually controllable segments. Wheels run from 19 to 21 inches, and the Sportline adds black exterior accents. In Germany the Peaq 60 starts at €49,900 (~$54,000), the Peaq 90 at €57,900 and the Peaq 90x at €60,400; Sportline versions run €54,800, €62,800 and €65,300.
