Ceer Exobot platform and positioning
The Exobot is the first model from Ceer, the car brand Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund set up with Foxconn in 2022. It comes as a sedan and an SUV, revealed together on 21 September 2026. Both are wedge-shaped, have no B-pillar and open on Shahin Wing doors that are nearly three metres long. The sedan is 5.26 m long and 1.43 m tall, the SUV 5.02 m long and 1.69 m tall, and both are 2.1 m wide.
Foxconn supplies the platform and the electrical architecture. Rimac Technology builds the rear drive unit and Hyundai Transys the front motors, and Ceer licenses component technology from BMW.
Ceer Exobot powertrain and range
Both bodies use three motors and all-wheel drive. The launch First Edition makes 850 hp and 1,000 Nm, which takes the sedan to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds and the SUV in 2.9 seconds. A later version raises output to 1,111 hp and 1,500 Nm, cutting the times to 2.1 and 2.4 seconds. Top speed is 250 km/h for the sedan and 210 km/h for the SUV.
The battery is a 112 kWh NCM pack on an 800-volt system. Range is up to 670 km for the sedan and 560 km for the SUV, both on the NEDC cycle, which gives higher figures than WLTP. DC charging peaks at 250 kW, and a 10-80% charge takes under 30 minutes.
Inside the Ceer Exobot
A curved 48-inch 8K display runs from pillar to pillar across the dashboard. Below it sit a 10.4-inch central touchscreen and a yoke-shaped wheel. Steering is by wire, with a 160-degree steering input, and the rear wheels steer too. Rear passengers get an 8-inch screen of their own, and the voice assistant works in Arabic and English. Mirrors are cameras.
Ceer Exobot price and trims
Ceer has not announced prices. The First Edition comes in Harrat Gray and White Musk paint with red and black leather, and it is followed by a Plus version with more choice of colours and trim. Production starts in January 2027 at Ceer’s new plant in King Abdullah Economic City, and deliveries in Saudi Arabia begin in March 2027.
