The Stelato G9 EV is the battery-electric version of the G9, a large angular SUV from the BAIC and Huawei HIMA joint brand. It shares the same body and design as the EREV variant: 5,206 mm long, 2,050 mm wide and 1,897 mm tall on a 3,160 mm wheelbase, stretching to 5,377 mm with the externally mounted spare wheel fitted. All-wheel drive, air suspension, adaptive dampers and rear-wheel steering are standard, on an 800V electrical architecture.
The BEV powertrain uses two electric motors for a combined 594 hp and a 120 kWh battery, delivering 728 km of CLTC range. The exterior, interior options (five or six seats), and Huawei technology content - HarmonyOS Cockpit, ADS with roof-mounted lidar, and vertical LED headlight clusters - are shared with the EREV, as is the outdoor options list of a roof tent, awning and tailgate table.
Chinese preorders opened in August 2026. The G9 range is priced from ¥439,800 to ¥559,800 (about $64,200 to $81,700); Stelato has not split that range by variant, so the EV’s own starting price is not yet separated out. Deliveries are expected before the end of 2026.
