Škoda Elroq platform and positioning
The Škoda Elroq is a compact electric crossover and the smaller sibling of the Enyaq, sharing its MEB platform and its Mladá Boleslav factory. The name was announced in April 2023, the car was unveiled in Prague on 1 October 2024, series production started on 22 January 2025, and the RS followed on 3 April 2025. Škoda built about 112,500 Elroqs in 2025.
Škoda Elroq powertrain, range and charging
All versions are battery-electric. For the 2027 model year the Elroq 60 moved to a 61 kWh LFP battery (58 kWh usable) with a 140 kW (190 PS) rear motor. WLTP range is 453 km and 0-100 km/h takes 8.5 seconds. It charges at up to 105 kW and takes about 26 minutes from 10 to 80 percent.
The 85 family uses a 77 kWh usable NMC pack. The rear-wheel-drive Elroq 85 makes 210 kW (286 PS), the all-wheel-drive 85x 220 kW (299 PS), and the RS 250 kW (340 PS) with 5.4 seconds to 100 km/h. Range is 576 km WLTP for the 85 and 85x and 561 km for the RS, and all three peak at 165 kW DC. Every version carries an 11 kW onboard AC charger and offers vehicle-to-load output.
Inside the Škoda Elroq
The 2027 model year added an Android-based infotainment system, a one-pedal driving mode and a 21-litre front luggage compartment beside the main boot of 470 litres (1,580 litres with the rear seats folded).

German list prices for the 2027 model year start at €37,390 for the Elroq 60, then €46,390 for the 85, €48,690 for the 85x and €54,790 for the RS. These are list prices before any incentive.
